BoardLink: Exciting speed networking event that introduces young professionals to local arts and culture boards.
Roundtables: Interactive breakfast sessions to connect CEOs, arts- and community-leaders, and young professionals in small groups to explore issues and opportunities facing our creative communities, with the intent to infuse organizations with fresh energy and to identify roles for newcomers to play in shaping our cultural landscape.
artsScene Parties: Because culture is stimulating, and unpredictable, as any good party should be, we’ll mix mix performance and visual arts, participants and spectators, in an atmosphere we hope will go feral.

Behind the Scenes: Exclusive opportunities for artsScene members to discover the arts together and engage with artists before and after performances.

BoardLink

BoardLink is an event that introduces and connects young professionals with local arts boards through a unique speed-networking format. This creates opportunities for young people to become more actively involved in the leadership and development of our arts and culture scene.

Parties

artsScene Parties are social events that bring young people together across the arts and business, across disciplines and industries, where we’ll showcase local emerging creatives and artists in the visual and performing arts, and creative industries including design, film, and digital media.

Behind The Scenes

Our Behind the Scenes events are produced in partnership with organizations including the theatre, symphony, opera, art gallery and ballet. They’re designed to provide opportunities for young people to discover the performing and visual arts, through artist talks, stage tours, and then attending a performance with fellow artsSceners.

Our intent is to infuse organizations with fresh energy and to identify roles for newcomers to play in shaping our creative landscape.

artsScene Creative Summit

Our flagship event attracts world-class creatives to Alberta to engage with our community. The artsScene Creative Summit, being organized in partnership with The Banff Centre, CBC Radio 3 and other industry associations. The Summit will bring together artistic, creative and business leaders to share ideas and creative inspiration, foster creative entrepreneurship, and showcase local artists via evening events that introduces audiences to our vibrant arts and cultural scene.
